Well this no doubt comes as a bit of a surprise, but Emma Stone is not going to be playing the role of Mary Jane Watson in the Spiderman reboot. She will instead be playing the role of Parker's first love interest, Gwen Stacy. This brings up a few questions, such as whether or not Mary Jane will be in this installment at all. I'm not going to make any calls on that yet, but this is something of a surprise. It does make sense that she would be the core love interest of this installment, but I was kind of hoping for Emma Stone and Mia Wasikowska to fight over Andrew Garfield's affection. However, it did come to my surprise that Emma Stone was actually a natural blonde. Weird, right?

U-Turn: Emma Stone Cast as Gwen Stacy!
