"Afraid of the Dark" Delayed

On the depressing and distressing end of today's news, Guillermo Del Toro's Don't Be Afraid of the Dark has been delayed, after Disney stupidly sold the film to Filmyard Holdings. If ever there was a name for studio that signaled quick and certain death, it would be Filmyard Holdings. When it is delayed to, not even God may know, but it is implied to be some time in 2011. The film was originally scheduled for a January debut, which would put it in a position for success among many failures that come in that month. The Debt was also sold to the ill named company, and therefore delayed as well. What do you think of this news? Comment below, and let me know. And Rhyme!

  1. Hopefully, Don't Be Afraid of the Dark will be released during the Summer since it feels more like a Summer film, as for The Debt, Oscar glory for worthington? I really didn't see that from the trailer.
