We start today off with our first substantial trailer in a while, and it actually looks good for a film that probably won't be. I'm not going to say that Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen was in any way considerable as quality filmmaking, but it was fun. I personally enjoyed it as flashy and mindless entertainment. So if Transformers: Dark of the Moon actually ends up delivering that again, I'll be okay with it at the very least. This trailer, oddly enough, looks rather good to tell you the truth. Before it went into Michael Bay mode, it actually looked kind of inspirational. The sense of mystery and suspense when Neil Armstrong heads into that space ship works really well. I imagine the final scene in the film will probably be about six minutes long, but this is a wonderful sneak peek, and it gives confirmation to conspiracy theorists that it is indeed possible to film the moon landing on a sound stage. Check it out, and let me know what you think!
