Awards 2010: Detroit Film Critics Society Award Nominations

I took a second look at Winter's Bone this weekend, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much it meant to me the second time through. So it makes much more sense why the film is astonishing at all these critics awards, including the Detroit Film Critics Society, who just announced their nominations this year. This week is going to have several critics awards being jammed in here and there, so be prepared for plenty of reading material. Winter's Bone and The King's Speech took the greatest majority of the nominations, but it feels like the critics are leaning more towards the former in this case.
