For Your Anticipation: Taxi Cab Evasion

In terms of action-thrillers that don't need to offer anything deeper than action bad-assery, I think that it's safe to call Liam Neeson the patron saint. He proved with Taken that you don't need anything considerably deep to offer audiences a hell of a good time. That may not prove to be a valid excuse for his latest feature, and there is only a certain amount of time you can milk that particular cow for. I'm honestly missing the days that Neeson took on challenging and deeply textured roles like in Schindler's List and Batman Begins. There's no question that Unknown is going to rake in the cash this weekend, but a little higher quality wouldn't be the worst thing in the world for Neeson.
