It's probably worth noting that I will be heavily promoting this Friday's episode of Fringe, since it's the first to air in the new time slot. It's not at all certain, even at this point, whether this drastic change will work in the show's benefit or not. On the one hand, the show has been facing some heavy competition from Grey's Anatomy, CSI, and NBC's Thursday night lineup, while the only real competition Fringe has on Friday is Supernatural. Then again, Friday has meant the death of such shows as Dollhouse and Firefly, so there's automatically some fear from that. Fortunately, FOX has been making the best of the situation, heavily promoting the switch between nights, and depending on how the first night goes, we may have Fringe on the air for many years to come. That's the scenario I'm hoping for, and this Friday's episode is a promising one. Take a look below.

For Your Anticipation: It Has Begun
