For Your Anticipation: Because We Are Men

I'm not going to bother writing out a review of Pineapple Express, not out of disrepect for the film, because I think it's an absolutely brilliant piece of comedic filmmaking. That's the main reason I'm excited for Your Highness, also from director David Gordon Green. If you've seen the trailers then you know why this is a topic of interest. Comedic musings in a fantasy land, this time with the intention to be funny, rather than Red Riding Hood. I doubt this film will be standing in my mind by the end of the year, mostly because of the typical nature of it. Still, it should be an enjoyable time.

Red-Band Trailer: Your Highness

I can't believe that I'm only getting around to putting this trailer up now, because it's absolutely the best of the lot we've been subjected to over the past few days. Green Lantern failed, and Cowboys and Aliens was pretty exciting, but a tease nonetheless. However, the new trailer for Your Highness absolutely got me buzzed to see it. There are so many aspects to this trailer that put it in the category of comedy and fantasy, and it looks stunning and exciting as both. David Gordon Green last directed Pineapple Express, so it seems he's making the rounds of the action comedy circuit. This is definitely the film I'm most excited to see next April. Check out the trailer, and weigh in on what you think of it all.
