Portman is Cuaron's First Choice for "Gravity" Lead!
Less than a week since Black Swan had it's premiere at the Venice Film Festival, Natalie Portman, who critics have hailed as the main highlight of the film, is already getting offers for some of the top projects still in pre-production. It turns out that Alfonso Cuaron offered the lead role in his space-epic Gravity to Portman. It's not yet known if she's accepted the role yet, but she should. Since she's proved herself worthy of working with such great director as Darren Aronofsky, it's a brilliant idea to keep moving forward with such ambitious projects as this. Also, if she doesn't accept the role, we have to wait even longer to see the next Cuaron film, and we will be blaming her for it.
