In my analysis of this season of Mad Men, I've been very quick to praise the talents of Jon Hamm. I'm surprised I haven't seen more of him, because he's a magnificently charismatic actor. This Friday he appears in Ben Affleck's crime drama The Town, and it's a brilliant opportunity to appeal to a cinematic audience. Hopefully, this will earn him enough recognition to get bigger and better roles, because I can see him one day tucking a Best Actor statue into his briefcase.
